1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using loopctl ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
loopctl is an agent-native project state store that provides API primitives for chain-of-custody verification, review enforcement, and progress tracking in AI development workflows. The Service is provided as a multi-tenant SaaS platform.
3. API Keys and Authentication
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys. You agree not to share API keys with unauthorized parties. All activity under your API key is your responsibility.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers or networks connected to it
- Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
5. Data and Privacy
Your data is isolated via PostgreSQL Row-Level Security. We do not access your tenant data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, loopctl and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
